Shipping and Deliveries

How long does it take to ship out and receive orders?

All successfully process items will be shipped in 1 - 3 business days, please allow us time to process the items as we want to make sure you receive your items in the best conditions.

Based on location please allow a 1 - 3 weeks after order processing to receive your item. 

How do I track my orders?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been successfully shipped. This email will contain a tracking number alongside a weblink which will enable you to track your order. Kindly note that you will only be able to track the delivery status once you receive the tracking number.

Where do we deliver?

We offer free shipping worldwide, but due to different country location and varying number of orders we can only give an estimate of 10 - 15 days.

Wrong address?

It is responsibility of the buyer to double check the shipping address entered is accurate. We try to speed up the process and there may be times where your address is incorrect, please update us at the soonest possible.

Product care

How should I care for my jewellery?

All sterling silver will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster when it comes into contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, Sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin ph. The amount of tarnishing (oxidation) that occurs is dependent on the skin and care habits of the wearer. Tarnishing is therefore not a manufacturing fault.

An inclusion is a characteristic enclosed within a gemstone / man-made stone, or reaching its surface from the interior which is part of its natural characteristics. This occurrence is dependent on the skin and care habits of the wearer. Inclusion is therefore not considered as a manufacturing fault.

We also recommend that you do not wear your jewellery whilst bathing, whilst in bed or during sporting activities.

Always undo the clasp to remove your bracelet. 

How should I store my jewellery?

Jewellery should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat, in a protective (lined) jewellery box or a tarnish-resistant pouch. It can also be stored in a plastic zip lock bag made of Mylar or polyethylene. Never use polyvinyl plastic bags, such as bin liners as they contain sulphur compounds, which will make sterling silver tarnish faster. Do not store your jewellery in the bathroom.

How should clean my jewellery?

In order to care for jewellery, we recommend using a polishing cloth regularly to prevent the natural process of tarnishing. Clean your jewellery using lukewarm soapy water and a soft brush, but ensure that your jewellery is never submerged. We do not recommend the use of silver polish and silver dip as it may destroy the delicate oxidised details of your jewellery.

We also strongly advise against exposing the jewellery to harsh chemicals, including ammonia, bleach, chlorine and salt water.

Your orders

What happens once orders are placed?

You will receive an order confirmation email once you have successfully placed your order. To protect our customers from fraudulent activities, all personal and payment details will need to be verified. We will contact you if we encounter any issues with your order.

Can I amend or cancel my orders?

Please contact us at the soonest available time preferably within a day, if your orders have been processed we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.

What happens if something is not in stock?

Should your order be no longer in stock, we will cancel your item or your order and refund the relevant amount to your credit card that was used for the purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

My products are not what is shown in the image

Its what makes jewellery truly unique to each owner. However if the order was completely different, please contact us through our contact form and we will get back to you.

Do you have any physical shops?

In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store. That is why we are able to give you amazing jewellery at the most reasonable price you can find online.
Do not worry, quality is not effected in anyway, for each piece of jewellery we have a certificate of approval that you may contact us for further information.
